Experimental Design. Mechanical thresholds of CTRL (5% or 10% ethanol in saline) and LVC (1 mg/kg) groups were tested at baseline (BL), 30^th, 60^th, 90^th, 120^th, 180^th and 240^th min time points. NTG (10 mg/kg) group was tested at baseline, 60^th, 120^th, 180^th and 240.^th min. Timeframes with lowest thresholds were accepted as “headache phase” and all other experimental procedures were coincided to that timeframe (30-90 min for LVC and 120-180 min for NTG)
