Closed symbols represent the inhibition of capsaicin-induced CGRP release by naratriptan observed in the current study. There is a correlation between the site of application and percent of inhibition by naratriptan (R = -0.48, p = 0.004, Spearman correlation). Data are mean ± SEM.
