Effect of OT on phosphorylated NR2B expression levels. A Representative WB bands showed that there was no significant difference in total NR2B expression among the four groups. B and C The protein levels of pNR2B-Y1472 (B) and pNR2B-Y1252 (C) were significantly elevated in the NTG + vehicle group compared with the sham group. After OT treatment, the expression levels of these two proteins were significantly reduced. These effects of OT were inhibited by L368,899.
