The VBM and Reho comparisons between MwoA patients and healthy subjects. a. MwoA patients showed lower gray matter volumes in the bilateral superior and inferior colliculus, PAG, LC, MRN and dorsal pons medulla junction compared to HS; b. MwoA patients showed lower Reho values in the right MOG and bilateral IOG compared to HS; c. MwoA patients showed higher Reho values in bilateral MRN compared to HS. A threshold of P < 0.05 family wise error (FWE) correction at cluster level were applied for all comparisons.
