  1. A migraine diagnosis was considered confirmed only if there was a following migraine diagnosis within 1 year but in a different quarter (M2Q criterion: ‘Mindestens zwei [2] Quartale’, which translates to ‘at least two [2] quarters’). Patients could receive more than one kind of G43 diagnosis
