The effect of Npffr2 gene silencing in the olfactory bulb of WT mice. a The illustration of the injection sites in bilateral olfactory bulb. b The Npffr2 gene was silenced by Npffr2 LV-shRNA. Mice were injected in the olfactory bulb with one of five different Npffr2 LV-shRNAs (from Npffr2-a to Npffr2-e). After one week, olfactory bulb tissues were collected to measure Npffr2 mRNA.
