Note, because of the age groups enrolled in each study, there was overlap in populations among the children, adult, and elderly adult categories. The prevalence of migraine in children aged 16–18 years from Roh et al. 2012 (14.2%) [58] is not included because of the overlap in age with adults. Data in (B) were derived as follows: China [20, 27, 29, 43], Japan [51, 53], and South Korea [56]. Roh et al. 1998 [59] used a non-standard definition of migraine for adults in South Korea and is not reported in panels A or B
