Generalized linear mixed effects regression models were used to estimate the proportion of successful responses, allowing for both subject-specific and population-averaged inferences in non-normally distributed data. P values are from resulting F tests. Models were adjusted for subject’s pain score at baseline, use of preventive therapies, and indicator or presence of aura.
