Pretreatment with anandamide (AEA) induced a significant increase of nitroglycerin-induced neuronal activation in several brain nuclei, which include paraventricular (PVH) and supraoptic nuclei (SON) of the hypothalamus, parabrachial nucleus (PAB), periaqueductal grey (PAG).
